Covering 25,000 sq. ft required meticulous planning, material sequencing, and strict installation alignment to ensure pattern consistency across the entire roof structure.

Hyderabad experiences monsoon rains, humidity, and strong sunshine, conditions capable of affecting traditional roofing materials.

The resort villa featured design elements such as slopes, hips, ridges, and extended roof-lines requiring specialized finishing.

A phased installation strategy was implemented, with precise alignment markers and consistent panel staggering. The roofing team adhered strictly to TEGOLA installation standards to maintain uniform aesthetics and structural accuracy.

A multilayer waterproofing process was applied using TEGOLA PRIMER (S)-25, followed by the TEGOLA Super Seal (P)-25 APP membrane, ensuring a stable, sealed substrate. The Leather shingles provided additional UV resistance and thermal expansion stability.

Certified roofing experts executed detailed finishing work using factory-recommended accessories and sealants. Each section was finished with precision to prevent uplift, water ingress, or misalignment.

Materials Used

To construct a durable, secure, and fully waterproof roofing system, the following TEGOLA products were used:

• TEGOLA PRIMER (S)-25 – Bitumen Primer

The installation was completed using the Torching Method, ensuring a strong bond, uniform adhesion, and a high-performance weatherproof shield.
